Ralph Wiggum is a character from the animated sitcom The Simpsons. He is the son of Springfield Police Chief Clancy Wiggum and his wife Sarah. His father loves him very much and often dotes on him, though he often ignores Ralph's developmental delays.
Ralph usually has absolutely no idea what is going on. He eats crayons and sleeps in a drawer. Sometimes he wets his arm pants. He also had a crush on Lisa Simpson. Lisa gave him a Valentine's card out of pity, leading to a brief relationship that ended with Ralph's heart breaking on live TV, but they remained friends later.
